Ian Farrier's Trailertri 720, first built in 1980, is a plywood centerboard trimaran sold as plans, with a fractional sloop rig and a 30.50-foot mast on a hull just over 23 feet long. Owners maintaining one today are working on an early Farrier design, built before he founded Corsair Marine, so parts and reference material often come from the wider owner community rather than a factory. Its folding amas, which collapse to 8.0 feet, remain one of its most distinctive features for trailer sailors.
