About the TRT 1200 w/catwalk
The TRT 1200, built by TRT Multihulls of Norway starting in 1998, uses outboard power, either twin 15 hp engines or a single 25 hp, rather than an inboard diesel, which simplifies engine maintenance considerably. Depending on which of the two mold-family variants you have, the enclosed CR or the open GT, loaded weight runs from about 3,000 kg to 5,000 kg, a difference worth confirming before ordering parts. Twin daggerboards and a fractional sloop rig round out a hull built primarily for performance sailing.
