About the Trailer Tri 680
Ian Farrier drew the Trailertri 680 as plans for plywood construction, with the first boat built in 1978 and amas that fold in to just 8.0 feet of beam for road trailering. Because it was sold as plans and kits rather than a factory-finished boat, surviving hulls vary in build quality and are worth inspecting carefully before a refit. As Farrier's original folding-trimaran design, it predates the Corsair and F-series boats that made his name.
